Kent Registration Districts from 1993

Reorganisation of the registration system in 1993 led to changes in the codes used by the General Register Office to identify birth and death registrations.
Some of these codes I have been able to work out from the references in births and deaths in the indexes on Ancestry.
Sometimes the town/borough is shown on Ancestry, sometimes just Kent.

The Registration codes are in the form of 562/1A or 5621A
The first three digits indicate the town/borough, the 4th digit and letter indicate the sub district.

With help from fellow family historians I am hoping to compile a list of the registration district codes.

If you have a Kent birth or death certificate from 1993-2007 and are able to look at that event in the indexes on Ancestry, Find My Past or The Genealogist
to find the Registration District reference I would be delighted to receive an email with the following information.
Year, town or large hospital where the birth or death occurred and the GRO District reference.

Although Ancestry claim to have birth and death indexes up to 2007I am pretty sure that some of the later years are not complete.
Family members born in 2007 are not included but one born 2005 is.
Indexes 1993-2002 only include a few boroughs (Ashford, Canterbury, Medway/Chatham, Gravesend, Swale,Thanet, Tunbridge Wells)
from 2003 onwards those boroughs are named for some entries but but there are a lot of entries just shown as Kent.

Find My Past currently have births to 2006 and deaths to 2007.
The Genealogist have birth and death indexes to 2005.
