Each block is a pin wheel cut from eight identical triangles. Eight pattern repeats of the floral fabric were precisely stacked and sets of triangles were rotary cut from the stack.
I quilted in the ditch around the pinwheels, the sashing and cornerstones and borders and did some free motion stippling in the charcoal/black areas surrpinding the pinwheels.
